Not a story today...

Sorry about the lack of posting. The next installment of the story will come in a couple of days, it has a lot jam packed into it.

But I am posting now to let anyone who actually reads this blog that the three of us are going to make at least one episode of an animated show. We will do all the voice acting, and Dr Orange will illustrate while The Russian and I write. There will be three characters, loosely based upon ourselves, and we have not yet decided on much else.

Thanks for listening.....reading.....whatever.

Dr. Orange - Media Review

Oh yeah, I forgot. I just listened to Jay-Z's new album, "The Blueprint 3". That album is AMAZING. The beats are incredible, the lyrics are great, and I just plain loved every song on it. I mean every song was AMAZING. So go check it out. Go to your nearest store, buy from iTunes, torrent it (not that we condone that here) whatever you have to do. That is some fantastic stuff right there.

Favorite two songs:
"D.O.A. (Death of Auto-Tune)"
and
"Reminder"

You Know What Really Grinds My Gears? #1

So... I've decided to take it upon myself to post more often, mostly because the ratio of posted material between me and the Russian vs the Green Guy is just appalling. That being said, let us proceed with the representin'.

Here's the first installment in the new weekly "You Know What Really Grinds My Gears?" series of updates. Now I've decided that I'll post these every monday, simply because everyone knows that monday is the gear-grindinest day of the week. (Don't worry, I'll post earlier in the day next time.)

"You Know What Really Grinds My Gears? Private colleges that only give need-based scholarships. I can't stand that. I mean, how are you gonna say that the only people who deserve help are 'poor' people. How do you even qualify 'financially needy'? Your telling me that just because my parents make $125,000 rather than $90,000, they should pay for everything? Your already expensive as hell(Caltech, my dream school, is about $50,000 a year. That's...hold on, im calculating...40% of our income...before taxes!). What if I've been incredible throughout high school, maintaining a high GPA in my school's hardest classes? I don't deserve anything for that? You're telling me I should have just sat there and settled for just enough to get into college? As a friend of mine would say, 'THAT'S BULLCORN!' That really grinds my gears."

Interesting day, not very eventful but interesting, fucking slow at first, but I think that's mostly due to the lack of sleep. I think we should continue fighting against Wiki to have a article about the blog. I haven't posted in awhile mostly due to the lack of care for the absent reader base but I'll humor myself and the others. As I was saying, the day slowly picked up momentum in between my little 20 minute naps during most of my rather dull classes. By the end of the day, all work digressed to all of us playing Mafia Wars of Facebook, which is a little more pathetic than it sounds. Mafia Wars was quickly followed by a lecture about some shit that I don't know since I was asleep the whole time and that was subsequently follow by a trip to a near by Panera, tea is always the right way to start something. This pathetic day is ending with a couple of beers and a few episodes of Skins, a very nice british show about teen culture and all the shit that we wish to be doing as freely as they are. Anyways its half past midnight now and almost everything is at a stand still.

Sleep Around (Remix)

This is just a song I mixed. The original song was created by on of the greatest artists to date. He is the master lyricist and he produced the music, wrote and performed his songs, and went platinum all on one album. He is a beast. Prince.

The new guy posts the first installment in... "Hummingbird Man"???

Hey, I'm the new guy. You don't have to call me anything. I'm just a guy who writes in orange. (if you have to call me something then how about... "Dr. Orange". Yeah... that's my favorite color if you hadn't guessed. I kinda take it to another level sometimes...) Anyway, here are a few pages of a comic book I decided to make last year. It was influenced by afew of my friends, two of them which you are already acquainted with: The Russain and the Green Guy. Don't worry, I'm gonna make them start posting more often, and if they don't, then you'll just have to read the stuff that I write now won't you?
